comprising of two large double/twin bedrooms and a livingroom with a double sofa-bed. The property includes an ample ground floor entrance foyer with open wood-burning fireplace, marble stairs to 1st floor, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area, large living room. Tiled floors throughout.
La Braia
Self catering accommodation for 3/4 or 5/6 people
comprising of a main one double bedroom apartment with fully furbished kitchen (inclusing washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom with shower, living-dining room and a single "wall"-bed in the living area. Villa Mimma is situated in Treville, a small village in the heart of the Monferrato region, in the Northwest of Italy. Approximately 1 hour from Milan, Genoa or Turin airports, it is an ideal holiday destination.

Whilst at Villa Mimma, you can relax in the tranquillity of the courtyard, explore the vineyards and hilltops on foot or by bicycle, take a day-trip to Lake Maggiore, the Alps, the Italian Riviera or even to Chamonix Mt. Blanc (France). Indulge yourself with a shopping trip to the center of the Italian fashion (Milan) or to Serravalle Outlet. Enjoy the regional cuisine accompanied by Monferrato's famous wines (e.g., barbera, grignolino, moscato) in typical local restaurants.
Prices:
Included in the price are: bed linen, bathroom towels, tablecloths. Children's cot, high-chair and pram can be arranged on request. With the rooms in the owners' residence, prices also include breakfast.
With your booking, you will receive detailed information on the best day-trips and tours of the areas, according to your tastes (please specify at reservation time).
Bicycles use can also be arranged prior to your arrival (on request).

Although we can give advise on airline and car hire deals, you will need to book these services yourselves (as well as your travel insurance). At an extra cost, an English-speaking person can meet you at the airport, help you arranging car-hire, escort you to Villa Mimma for your total peace of mind. Details of this service on request.
